1. Consultant Eligibility 

To qualify for a dedicated ED consultant page, you must:  

• Upload 3+ original paper-based models, OR  

• Upload 3+ tutorial packages. 

These demonstrate your expertise and help ED assign future projects/tutorials. 

2. Consultation Sessions 

2.1 Conduct & Responsibilities  

• File Review:  

• Review client files within 24 hours (or case is reassigned).  

• Approve/reject questions based on file completeness.  

• If approved but later deemed insufficient: Full client refund; no consultant payment. 

• Quality: Ensure clear audio/video during sessions.  

• Payment: Released after 10 days if client is satisfied (minimum payment threshold applies). 

2.2 Penalties  

• Absence: 10% fee deduction for missed sessions.  

• Prolonged Inactivity: Account suspension after 2 unresponsive months.  

• Dissatisfaction: Account suspension after 3 client complaints.  

• Internet Failure: Reschedule a free session for lost time.  

• Mid-Session Departure: No payment + penalty; repeat offenses risk deactivation. 

2.3 Content & Commissions  

• ED may use session content as products. Revenue split:  

• Standard: 40–70% to consultant (based on content quality).  

• Full Production*: 50–80% to consultant if you handle all tasks (video/PDF creation, subtitles, descriptions, sales support).  

*Includes lessons, examples, and narration. 

3. Projects 

3.1 Pricing & Payment  

• Set a minimum project price.  

• ED Commission: 30–60% of final price (declared in contract).  

• Revenue Split:  

• Consultant: 70% of net revenue (after fees).  

• ED: 30% of net revenue. 

Example: €100 project → €95 after fees → Consultant: €66.50 | ED: €28.50.  

• Incentive: +5–8% bonus for on-time delivery + positive feedback.  

• Taxes: Included in ED’s commission.  

• Timeline: Payment within 2–3 weeks of client satisfaction. 

3.2 Project Process  

1. Contract: Define terms/results using ED’s template.  

1. Upfront Payment: Client pays 50% (recommended).  

1. Progress Updates: Share videos/screenshots.  

1. Final Payment: Client pays balance.  

1. Delivery: Submit final files. 

• Revisions: Required if stipulated in the contract (ED arbitrates disputes). 

4. Legal Terms 

4.1 Intellectual Property  

• ED owns all rights to session content (may publish anonymously).  

• Confidentiality: Never disclose client project details. 

4.2 Disputes  

• ED’s decisions on refunds/penalties are final.  

• ED arbitrates project disagreements. 

4.3 Compliance  

• No Outside Contracts:  

• Violations = Account closure + legal action. 

• No Copyrighted Content: You bear full legal responsibility. 

5. Acceptance 

By registering as an ED consultant, you agree to these terms. ED may update them; continued use implies acceptance.
