About Us

The story of the team and the creation of Engineering Downloads

Back in 2019, we started as Hyperlyceum: a small group of engineers helping each other master FEA/CFD. As the community grew, we rebranded to Engineering Downloads (ED) and registered in the UK to support learners and teams worldwide.

Today, ED is led by Saman (founder – LinkedIn page). Our mission is simple: make high-quality simulation learning and expert help easy, fast, and trustworthy.

Who we help

We support students, researchers, and academic staff, plus industrial engineers and teams. Whether you’re publishing a paper or shipping a product, we meet you where you are.

How ED works

Think of our services as a clear path. Start where it makes sense, move forward when you’re ready.

Find a course

  • Browse recorded courses and curated learning paths for FEA/CFD tools: Abaqus, Ansys, COMSOL, Simufact, OpenFOAM, OpenSim, and more.
  • University or company? We tailor custom training for academia and industry.

Grab a ready-to-use model

  • Can’t find the exact course you need or just short on time? Download verified, reusable models and project files to jump-start your work.

Book online consultation

  • Get 1:1 time with subject-matter experts for setup, troubleshooting, best practices, and model validation (academic & industrial cases welcome).

Order simulation services

  • When you need full support, our team delivers end-to-end FEA/CFD projects for research and industry from scoping to reports.
