In this product, a valve body printing is made via Wire Arc Directed Energy Deposition (WA-DED) in Abaqus. This shows how WA-DED melts the layers and create strong parts that can handle high pressure and heat, making them ideal for many industries. The entire process is performed using the AM modeler plugin in Abaqus without coding.  Thermal and Mechanical models included.
