By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Consultation

• Consultants provide general guidance only (no line-by-line troubleshooting).
• ED doesn’t guarantee specific outcomes.

1. Session Requirements

• Ensure optimal audio/video quality – no compensation for client-side technical issues.
• Prepare questions in clear English with full technical details in the uploaded files.

1. Refund & Wallet Policy

• Refunds are issued to your ED wallet only (not to bank accounts).
• Wallet funds can be used for future:
  • Consultations
  • Projects
  • Tutorial packages

1. Feedback Requirement

• Complete session evaluations. No feedback = assumed satisfaction (no refund claims later).

2. Cancellation & Late Policy

• >48h notice: 100% to wallet
• <48h notice: 40% to wallet
• >15min late: Session canceled, 50% to wallet
• No-show: 30-50% to wallet

1. Communication Rules

• All interactions must stay on ED platform.
• Off-platform engagements void ED responsibilities.

1. Conduct & Technical Issues

• No harassment/unprofessional behavior (immediate termination, no refund).
• ED-side tech issues = free rescheduling. Client-side issues = no extra time.

B. Terms for Consultants

By registering, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility
   Qualify for a profile by uploading:

• 3+ original paper-based models, OR
• 2+ tutorial packages.

1. Consultation Sessions

• File Review:
  • Respond within 24h (or case reassigned).
  • Insufficient post-approval info = full client refund / no payment.
• Quality: Maintain clear audio/video.
• Payment: Released after 10 days if client satisfied (min. threshold applies).

1. Penalties

• Absence: 10% fee deduction
• 2-month inactivity: Account suspension
• 3 client complaints: Account suspension
• Internet failure: Free rescheduling for lost time
• Mid-session departure: No payment + penalties

1. Content & Commissions
   ED may publish session content with revenue split:

• Standard: 40-70% to consultant
• Full Production: 50-80% to consultant
  Includes creating videos/PDFs, subtitles, descriptions, and sales support.

1. Projects

• Pricing:
  • Set minimum price per project.
  • ED commission: 30-60% of final price.
  • Revenue split: 70% consultant / 30% ED (after fees)
  • Example: €100 project → €95 after fees → Consultant €66.50 | ED €28.50
  • Incentive: +5-8% for on-time delivery + positive feedback.
• Process:
  1. Use ED contract template
  2. Client pays 50% upfront (recommended)
  3. Share progress updates (video/screenshots)
  4. Client pays balance
  5. Deliver final files
• Revisions: Required if contract-stipulated (ED arbitrates).

1. Legal Compliance

• IP Rights: ED owns session content (may publish anonymously).
• Confidentiality: Never disclose client project details.
• No Outside Contracts: Violations = account closure + legal action.
• No Copyrighted Content: You bear full legal responsibility.
